The Battle Plan
Lose 60lbs in 20 weeks!
Start with 1800 calories per day with a 20 calorie decline each week for 20 weeks. I personally think that watching fat, calories, and carbs is just way too much work with a full time work schedule. I am mostly sticking to easily prepared meals and pre-packaged items/fast food. I know all these shows and blogs will tell you to cook, but with a hectic schedule I simply do not always have the time.
Go to the gym at least 2-3 times per week for 45m-1 hour minimum. Everyone scares you and bullies you into thinking you have to go to the gym 5 days a week, but seriously who has the time, or the energy? Maybe if you want to ridiculously fast weight loss where your skin ends up looking like its hanging off your bones, but that's just not for me. I am looking for a reasonable, permanent weight loss that I believe I can actually stick to.
Once I lose the weight my next plan is to increase my caloric intake by around 50 or so calories per week just to make sure I am not gaining back, and by that point hopefully have a good enough take on things that I don't need to count calories. This is also again why I am eating primarily prepared or easily prepared pre-packaged foods because it is far easier to count calories this way.

I will try to post pictures and blog about my weight loss weekly to track my progress. I will also post pictures of my progress. I will not suck anything in, or use weight postures while taking these pictures. This is going to be my real weight loss, and when I am done I am hoping to make a slideshow to really see the difference.
